How Good are the Camera and Microphone on Apple's iPad 2 vs iPod Touch 4G?

The wait is over. Apple has now added both front, and rear cameras to the new iPad 2 (giving holdouts yet another reason to purchase an iPad) and what follows is a quick review of the video, and audio setups on both devices.

While we personally think the iPad 2 provides sharper video, we are heartened by the more realistic color that the iTouch produces. There is also a sharp difference in sound quality – but nothing to make me think these aren't the best tablet, and music player in the world.
