Just days after Gizmodo reported of iPhone 4G prototypes, now 9to5mac is reporting that it has spotted 2 iPod Touch with cameras up for auction on eBay. This auction has since then been pulled off.
Read more...The iPod Touches are designated DVT-1 and DVT-2 and are thought to be units produced for testing by Apple's development team. "DVT" stands for "design verification test", an Apple production milestone.
One iPod touch was apparently completely non-functional while the other booted and revealed a partially complete SwitchBoard OS.
Before the 3rd gen iPod Touch was released, similar prototypes of iPod touches with camera had surfaced. So what do you think?? Do these look authentic prototypes of the next generation iPod Touch? Just leave a comment.
